Center Vision:
The university is preparing the center to be a center of excellence for the educational service provided by the institutions of higher education and universities.

Center Mission:
The center supports the university in preparing highly competitive employees and entrepreneurs in light of the challenges and opportunities of the globalization era.

Center General Goal:
Leading and guiding the development and modernization efforts of the elements of the educational process: Students, faculty members, curricula, physical and supporting HR facilities. This process is intended to empower the graduates with the competencies required to compete in the labor market and entrepreneurship arena at the local, national, regional and global levels.

Organizational Relationship:
In performing the tasks required to achieve its mission and objectives, the center is connected directly to the president of the university.

 

Center Objective:
1. Develop and modernize the curricular elements of the different colleges of the university in order to provide the graduate with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required in the globalization era with the collaboration of the relevant academic units.

2. Strike a balance between preparing graduates for job careers and as successful entrepreneurs.

3. Use the modern technology including e-learning, electronic authoring and publishing to enhance the educational process.

4. Enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the faculty and staff members to perform their roles considering the accelerated change in the educational technology and the relevant state of the art in the principles of teaching and learning.

5. Develop and modernize the university support systems to maximize its positive contribution to the efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process.

6. Initiate new programs and reform the existing ones designed to prepare graduate for the especial work requirements of the public and private institutions located in Suez Canal and Sinai Zone.

7. Evaluate the institutional performance of the university including the relevant performance of groups and individuals.

8. Provide scientific support to research activities required to enhance the educational process.

9. Work as a house of expertise in the area of developing and modernizing the educational process of higher education institutions.

10. Disseminate TQM literacy as applied to the development and modernization of higher education institutions using the appropriate techniques and media.

11. Perform the role of the project management unit (PMU) in the framework of the national Higher Education Enhancement Project (HEEP).
